Locally Owned Family Business
Our family started out in the property management business back in 1972 with the formation of Shepherd Acres Inc.
Greenbriar was formed in September of 1998 with the idea of being more of a Maintenance Provider for Associations and Residential Vacation homes. However, we continue to do Grounds Maintenance, which consists of Mowing, Hard Landscaping Design/Install as well as Spring and Fall clean-up. We also do Winter Maintenance (Snow plowing, shoveling as well as pushing back of snow banks.
We hold our company and our employees at a very high standard.
Around 2010; our customers around Chautauqua Lake started to express to us their concerns with their current Property Management Company. Many of our customers hoped to find a Property Management Company that would have the attention to details that our company had shown them.
Greenbriar Property Management, LLC
In Spring of 2012; as we had been rapidly growing; our family decided that it was time we turned into our business into an LLC. During that same time; after review our company’s past experience with a 151 unit condo association; we thought it was time that we look into doing more Property Management. By that time, we had numerous condo associations approaching us that insisted that we start doing more of the Property Management. They were looking for a company that was an-inclusive package in which they could offer accounting aspects as well as any/all grounds maintenance, pool/spa operation, housekeeping and has reputable outside contractors.
Present Day and Beyond
For two years we did our research on basic accounting and association book keeping. Since then; we have become more familiar with Declarations & By-Laws and about how Condo Associations should run. In late 2014 we were approach than again by numerous Condo Association stating they would be willing to work with our company as Greenbriar took on new and additional endeavors. Greenbriar signed it’s first Condominium Association Property Management Contract in October of 2014 and shortly afterwards we signed two more. We currently have all-inclusive contracts with four Condo Association (totaling 112 units) and we co-manage two associations that total an additional 165 units.
